Project Purchaser – Procurement in Technology-Intensive Projects

We are looking for a project purchaser for an assignment in the industry where you will play a central role in ensuring supplier performance, quality, and delivery in complex projects. Here you will have the opportunity to work both operationally and tactically in close collaboration with production, planning, and project management.

About the Role

As a project purchaser, you will be responsible for ordering, following up, and negotiating goods and services related to ongoing projects. You will proactively work with supplier relationships and ensure that deliveries are made on time and according to specifications. The role also involves participating in meetings with both internal teams and external suppliers.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Order placement and follow-up on supplier performance
• Negotiation of prices and terms
• Manage delivery deviations and follow up on corrective actions
• Participate in improvement initiatives related to the procurement process
• Collaborate with internal functions to ensure project goals

Your Profile

You have experience in procurement or supply chain and thrive in a role with both structure and pace. You are meticulous, solution-oriented, and have a knack for collaboration. Experience with SAP and previous work in an industrial environment is an advantage. An academic degree in a relevant field is desirable, but experience carries significant weight.
