Do you want to develop and learn more about customer service in the financial industry? We are looking for several customer service representatives for our client's new customer service department in Stockholm, starting on November 10th. Here you will have the opportunity to grow, develop, and contribute to a team that is building customer service from the ground up.

About our client

Our client is an established and successful financial institution with a strong market position. The company values security, quality, and care, both for customers and employees, and is now focusing on increasing customer service presence in Stockholm.

Your role

As a customer service representative, you are the first point of contact for customers. You handle inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring that each customer receives a professional response. The work includes:

• Assisting customers with questions about services and products
• Handling more complex cases and inquiries
• Providing customers with tips and advice on solutions that can facilitate their needs
• Registration, follow-up, and documentation of cases in internal systems
• Supporting customers in digital services and platforms

As part of the new department, you will be involved from the beginning and help create a stable and well-functioning customer service. You will work closely with colleagues and leaders in a positive and supportive environment where everyone contributes to development.

We are looking for someone who

• Enjoys providing good service and helping others
• Is curious, wants to develop, and has a strong desire to learn
• Is comfortable on the phone and enjoys customer contact
• Ideally has previous experience in customer service or service work, preferably within finance
• Is social, positive, and good at collaborating
• Is meticulous, responsible, and flexible
