About the role As a Production Manager in KEYTO Group's central marketing team, you will be the hub that transforms strategic marketing plans into concrete activities and deliveries – a role that reports directly to KEYTO's CMO. You will translate business and operational needs into clear production plans and coordinate all our specialist functions – from performance marketing and SEO to creative teams, web & app, offline, partnerships, and marketing automation. In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally and have a key role in driving efficiency, quality, and results in all our marketing production.

You will work closely with all members of our marketing team of 13 people as well as with relevant stakeholders in various verticals and companies within the KEYTO group – both domestically and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

  • Project & production management: Coordinate all marketing disciplines – from Performance Marketing, SEO, and Creative to Web/App (UX/UI, development), Offline Media, Partnerships, and Marketing Automation.
  • Planning & execution: Establish timelines and resource plans and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Communication & prioritization: Act as a point of contact between operational functions, the central marketing team, and external partners.
  • Bridging business and marketing needs: Translate growth objectives into clear marketing plans, activities, and priorities.
  • Quality assurance & follow-up: Ensure that all production adheres to KEYTO's brand guidelines and drives set goals (e.g., customer acquisition).
  • Continuous improvement: Drive the development of processes and tools to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and quality in marketing production.

Your profile

As a person, you are structured and solution-oriented, with the ability to keep many parallel projects running in a dynamic environment. Your communicative strength allows you to easily navigate between different stakeholders – from the business side and specialists to creators and external suppliers – and create consensus around goals and deliveries. You also understand the interplay between short-term growth objectives and long-term brand building, and can contribute both structure and perspective in how we plan and deliver marketing activities. Additionally, we see that you have:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in production management or project management within marketing, either from in-house teams or agencies.
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • Good understanding of both performance-driven communication and brand building.
  • Commercial drive and insight into how marketing activities impact sales and customer growth.
  • Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
  • Knowledge of digital project and marketing tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, GA4, CRM systems) is a plus.
  • Experience from fast-growing organizations is a plus.
  • Previous experience with international collaborations and productions is a plus.
