Do you want to combine meticulous financial work with an exciting and dynamic work environment? We are now looking for a part-time Finance Assistant for a company in the experience industry. The role is central to the finance team and involves significant responsibility as well as close contact with the operations.

 Where? Western Stockholm

 When? Immediately

About the Role:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Payroll administration and reporting
• Management of revenue recognition and cash flows
• Contact with auditors and external partners as needed

Who are you?

You are motivated by helping people and want to maximize both your own and others' potential. You are curious, unpretentious, and enjoy working in a team. You also work in a structured manner and are detail-oriented. 

• At least 3 years of experience with Fortnox
• Good experience in accounting, accounts receivable and payroll management
• Enjoys working independently and taking responsibility
