We are looking for a licensed nurse. You are a calm person who maintains composure and focus regardless of the situation. You have a flexible and curious approach and good collaboration skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Close cooperation takes place with your colleagues in the unit and cross-professionally within the team. Together with the health center management, you are responsible for developing and driving the operations forward.

It is an advantage if you take initiative in your work and are confident in making your own decisions. You are meticulous, have good problem-solving skills, and can effectively prioritize your tasks. Your duties at the health center span a wide range and cover the field of general medicine where you meet patients of all ages and situations. You work health-promoting, advisory, and treatment-oriented in primary care, both via phone, physically at the clinic, and digitally. The work is largely independent, which means being able to make your own assessments and decisions. In our unit, we work daily with joint assessments where you, as a nurse, together with the doctor and other professionals, assess the patients.

In your work, you meet many patients, so it is important that you are accommodating, attentive, and have a desire to help others. We also believe that you thrive in teamwork, and for you, it is a given to collaborate with colleagues and other contacts. You can express yourself well in both speech and writing and are an engaged and good listener in both digital meetings and visits to the clinic. We would also like you to have an interest in digitalization and business development.

Mobilia Health Center is a well-established clinic with stable staffing. We support each other's competencies to provide good care to our patients; currently, we have about 6700 registered patients.
