About the Role

As a field salesperson at Rybrinks, you will take on a role that combines sales, relationship building, and a significant amount of personal responsibility. We are looking for someone with experience in a similar role who wants to take the next step in a family-owned company with strong brands that are growing.

You will either work from the office or from home and independently plan your sales cycle, visiting grocery stores (with a particular focus on ICA) and actively working to ensure that Rybrinks products are optimally displayed and reach the right customers. The role also includes working with independent stores, following up on campaigns, building displays, and expanding the distribution of the product range in stores.

You will work towards clear goals for the number of store visits, new distribution, and sales volumes, with results monitored via the CRM system Genero. To provide you with a good foundation in the role, you will have access to a solid structure regarding work methods, product training, carpooling with colleagues, and close contact with the sales coordinator and sales manager. We value your input, and you will have an important voice in Rybrinks' internal sales forum.

Your main responsibilities

• Regularly visit grocery stores, focusing on ICA, to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Present and sell products and campaigns.
• Expand the distribution of Rybrinks' product range through category work.
• Build displays and ensure that sales materials are correctly displayed.
• Work towards budget and present district results by sales cycle.
• Take an active role in conferences and internal sales meetings to drive the team forward.

We are looking for someone who

• Has at least three years of experience in a field sales role.
• Has at least three years of previous experience in the grocery trade - DVH
• Is passionate about customer contact and has strong communication skills.
• Is self-driven, structured, and used to planning and following up on your work.
• Has experience working in CRM systems (preferable but not required - Genero).
• Has good knowledge of the Office suite and communicates fluently in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
• Holds a B driver's license.

You are motivated by making a difference in stores – driving sales, improving shelf placements, securing displays, and creating visibility for Rybrinks' brands. You are also a team player who is happy to share your experiences and contribute to the success of the entire team.

About the Employment

This is a recruitment process with a start date to be agreed upon. You will work from the office or home, have access to a company car, and plan your store visits within your district according to trust time. Given the travel, overnight stays are included in the job. Estimated a couple of times a month. Rybrinks offers a solid introduction with product training, carpooling, and coaching to ensure you feel confident in performing your role.
