About the role As an educational producer, you will play a central role in developing and producing high-quality digital training programs. You will work closely with both colleagues and subject matter experts to create content that is pedagogical, accessible, and inspiring. The role involves personal responsibility and the opportunity to drive projects all the way from idea to launch.

Your responsibilities Create and update digital training programs in the Articulate 360 suite Develop scripts and training plans together with experts Ensure that the training programs are pedagogical, accessible, and user-friendly Project manage and participate in various training projects Collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and management of the training offerings Administer training in LMS (SAP SuccessFactors Learning)

We are looking for someone who Has solid experience working with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Is skilled in writing scripts and editing texts Has experience working in LMS or LXP Has good knowledge of the Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word Can independently drive projects from idea to launch

It is a plus if you also have Experience in film and audio production Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Post-secondary education in a relevant field
