Svea Solar is Sweden's largest solar energy company and our vision is to rid the planet of fossil fuel! We started with solar panels but soon expanded our offerings to include electricity contracts, battery systems, charging boxes, heat pumps, and our energy platform Sunbeam. 

Our sales organization consists of approximately 60 Power Shifters and we are now looking to grow even more. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for the entire sales process and the full range of products offered to our customers. 

This role is perfect for you if you have previous sales experience and want to get a foot in the tech industry and develop in more advanced sales.

You will be offered

  A secure base salary + unlimited bonus – target salary of 55-60k and the best in the team earn 90-100k per month.

About the team

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be part of our inside sales organization where we work as a team. Each team consists of a Team Manager, a Senior Sales Consultant, and a group of Sales Consultants.

As a Sales Consultant: 

  • You have the freedom to independently process and drive warm inquiries from individuals forward, with support from the team when needed.
  • You offer your customers solutions in production, storage, and energy optimization of clean energy.
  • You have full responsibility for the entire customer journey – from the first contact to signed agreement, where you control the process based on your sales strategies and methods.
  • Contact with customers usually occurs via phone, email, and to some extent video calls.

This role will make you an expert in the entire sales process - from needs analysis and handling objections to educating your customers about the best solution for them.

  • Have previous sales experience (you may have recently started your sales career or have longer experience) and have delivered high results, but feel it's time to take your sales career to the next level.
  • Show strong result-driven and competitive spirit. You want to earn well and maybe break a few records along the way!
  • Have the ability to plan your time and work structured and smart.
  • Are good at communicating and interacting socially.

Other information

  • Start date for the role: By agreement.
  • Location: With a view of the water at Alviks Strand.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri 8-17 or 9-18 depending on which team you end up in. All salespeople work full-time from the office to promote a high result focus and #DoItTogether.
