We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Architect for a high-security, stability, and availability environment. You will be a key person in the architecture team, contributing both strategically and operationally to the development of the IT environment. The role requires broad technical expertise, good communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into sustainable long-term solutions.

As an Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for the architectural governance of both daily IT delivery and projects within the IT domain. You will be a central advisor and quality assurer in change initiatives and actively contribute to the governance and development of IT architecture.

Examples of tasks:

• Document architecture in projects according to governing principles and instructions.
• Lead and quality assure the architectural work to ensure effective and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, security experts, and vendors.
• Communicate and anchor technical choices, guidelines, and decisions within the organization.
• Contribute to the development of the EA framework and related models and instructions.
• Act as an advisor in design-related issues within infrastructure and platforms.

• Relevant post-secondary education
• At least 8 years of experience as an Infrastructure Architect
• Broad technical knowledge and experience in strategic infrastructure design
• Experience in networking and network architecture, including: LAN/WLAN/WAN, Switching, routing, load balancing, and firewalls
• Experience with IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS
• Extensive experience with VMware, backup, and storage solutions
• Ability to visualize, model, and analyze complex structures
• Experience with modeling tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect or similar
• Good understanding of regulated operations and regulations

• Experience from the financial sector or other regulated industries
• Architectural governance in larger organizations with complex IT environments
• Understanding of IT governance and business management
• Experience leading workshops and technical reviews

Start: Immediate start with a maximum of 1 month notice period. The assignment is full-time and permanent.
