We are looking for an IT Process Leader for an assignment with a client in Linköping, where you will be a key person in driving the development, harmonization, and optimization of processes to create increased efficiency, shorter lead times, and higher delivery precision (OTD).

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of a specific IT process, including related methods and tools.
• Harmonization of processes and ensuring best practices according to the ITIL framework.
• Drive roadmap activities and ensure that processes and tool support meet the needs of the business.
• Ensure compliance, optimize process design, and contribute to shorter lead times.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between different parts of the organization.
• Support and define requirements for development in tools such as ServiceNow.

Your profile

• Documented experience in leading process development and harmonization within the ITIL framework.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices and ITIL.
• Basic competence in ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create consensus among various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in project management, including driving roadmap activities and following up on requirements.
