We are looking for a project manager for the Navigation area. The project manager role can vary and be both technical and coordinating with different levels of complexity and several internal and external interfaces. Therefore, there are challenges for both you who are more junior in the profession and for you who are an experienced project manager.

Your Role

As a project manager with us, you will become part of the Navigation area, Gripen.

Main Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the implementation and follow-up of projects
• Be responsible for budget and timeline and follow up on these
• Lead and distribute work in the project
• Risk management
• Report and evaluate

In this role, you will create and develop a broad network internally, as we collaborate between different departments as well as externally, as we have many contacts with customers.

The Navigation area in Gripen is responsible for delivering basic data on speed, altitude, attitude, and position to the aircraft system and encompasses the entire chain of hardware and software from various sensors to devices and software for data processing. The functional area also includes various aids for landing. We operate throughout the aircraft's entire lifecycle, both in functional development and maintenance to ensure good availability and low operating costs for the aircraft fleet. The area faces exciting challenges, with an influx of operations, and therefore has a need to grow.

To succeed with us, we believe you have:

• Previous experience as a project manager or team leader
• Personal drive
• Communicative with good knowledge of both Swedish and English in both speech and writing
