Kullen Assist II is a small private company providing assistance according to LSS. We are now looking for a new employee for a position of approximately 85% at our small company in the countryside. What we are looking for in a candidate is primarily education with experience in care and assistance for a 60-year-old man in a wheelchair. Since we are a small group, good teamwork, flexibility, and responsibility are important aspects; personal chemistry is also a decisive factor as we work around the clock. We are looking for someone who wants a varied job with some challenges but also some routines that are necessary for the operation. Currently, we are four working on a rotating schedule with day and night shifts and time off in between. A car and a driver's license are required as the job includes a specially adapted vehicle for travel, shopping, visits to friends, outings, etc., and we are located a bit in the countryside. Catheterization (RIK) is an important part of the job, and we provide training during an introductory period.
