We are now looking for experienced 2nd Line IT Operators with a solid background in IT operations, monitoring, and incident management for our client. The assignment involves work in a business-critical environment where high availability, accuracy, and technical responsibility are central.

The role of 2nd Line IT Operator includes responsibility for monitoring, troubleshooting, and managing incidents within infrastructure, applications, and file transfers. The work is performed according to established ITIL processes and in close collaboration with other technical teams.

The person in the role is expected to quickly analyze and assess incoming alarms, manage operational disruptions, and contribute to improvements in routines and processes within operations and monitoring.

The position involves shift work according to a fixed schedule

• Monitor IT infrastructure, applications, and file transfer systems via monitoring tools
• Identify, classify, and manage incidents and operational disruptions
• Perform troubleshooting and corrective actions according to established routines
• Escalate incidents to relevant functions as needed
• Document events, actions, and deviations
• Contribute to the development of routines, processes, and technical improvements

We are looking for someone with experience in IT operations, NOC, or 2nd line support who wants to continue developing in technical monitoring and operations. You are solution-oriented, structured, and thrive in roles where accuracy and responsibility are central.

• Several years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, or working within NOC
• Deep understanding of Windows environments and basic experience with Linux
• Experience with monitoring tools
• Good knowledge of networks, databases, and information security
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Good understanding of ITIL processes and structured working methods
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with batch and file transfer systems, preferably within the financial sector
• Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience with mainframe environments
