Do you want to help shape inspiring digital training that makes a difference? At our insurance client, you will have the opportunity to work creatively and independently in an engaged team where your skills and drive are valued. We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital learning and wants to contribute to the development of our client's training offerings.

As a training producer, you will play a central role in developing and producing high-quality digital training. You will work closely with both colleagues and content owners to ensure that their training is pedagogical, accessible, and inspiring.

The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you will independently drive projects from start to launch while collaborating with the team to achieve common goals.

Your tasks will include:

• Producing digital training in the Articulate 360 suite, both by updating existing training and creating new ones
• Working with subject matter experts to develop clear and inspiring scripts and training plans
• Ensuring that the training is pedagogical, accessible, and user-friendly
• Project managing and participating in various training projects
• Collaborating with colleagues in the department to ensure high quality and good management of the training offerings
• Administering training in their LMS (SAP SuccessFactors Learning)

To be successful in this role, you need

• Several years of experience in a similar position.
• Post-secondary education.
• Solid experience working with authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially PowerPoint and Word
• Strong ability to process texts and write scripts
• Experience working in LMS/LXP
• Ability to independently drive learning projects from idea to launch
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Desirable: Experience in film and audio production
