We are now looking for you who want to work as a Customer Service Assistant at a company located in Helsingborg. You will be part of a smaller team where you will play an important role as a support function for the company's customers.

Your main responsibilities will include administering orders and transports as well as being the customer's first contact for inquiries. You will also be responsible for planning transports, handling documentation related to hazardous goods and exports, and performing invoicing. Additionally, you will continuously work on improving both work methods and processes to contribute to the company's development.

Working hours: Daytime, 07:00-16:00. 

Requirements for the position:

- Driver's license and access to a car

- High school education

- Previous experience in customer service

- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

- Good computer skills in the Office suite, primarily Excel

Preferred if you have: 

- Previous experience with SAP, Movex, or similar

You will initially be employed by Processbemanning with very good opportunities for a permanent position directly with the client company.
