Our Operations

The Production Unit is looking for 2 future colleagues who want to work with us as central care place coordinators this summer. As a care place coordinator, you will work with the coordination of care places during the day, evening, and weekends for acute patients in need of admission. Together with your colleagues, you will play a central role in the collaboration between the infectious disease department, emergency department, and wards with somatic care. We also work with improvement efforts and spreading new working methods for planning and follow-up in the departments. For you as a care place coordinator, there are great opportunities to help develop the function and participate in improvement efforts that facilitate and support the entire care chain, from the admission of acute patients to discharge.

Your Mission

The work is independent but is carried out in collaboration with various functions within the hospital, both at the infectious disease department, emergency department, wards, and production department. It requires a great ability to work independently, flexibility, problem-solving, and a high degree of social competence.

Your Qualifications

We see that you are a trained nursing assistant, nursing, or medical student. You also have an interest in planning and logistics as well as a desire to improve flows with good patient safety. You also have knowledge of the Office suite. Experience working with Cosmic is an advantage.

We Offer

Two full-time summer positions. Start date according to agreement. Positions involve evening, weekend, and day shifts. We offer you an individually tailored onboarding. A probationary period may apply.
