We are looking for a Global Service Desk Specialist (Swedish/English/Italian) for our client.

Job Description

As a Global Service Desk Specialist, you will provide IT support for users' IT environments remotely via phone/web chat and/or using remote assistance tools.

Main Responsibilities

• Follow and promote the client's recommended processes and standards.
• Strive to resolve issues according to SLA, KPIs, and incident management documentation.
• Identify incidents that may be potential problems according to the problem management process.
• Receive, prioritize, and escalate issues according to appropriate escalation procedures.
• Collaborate with global and local support teams.
• Train and inform users to promote independence.
• Update documentation and shared information on the service desk web portal.

Technical Skills

• Provided support via web chat and remote control.
• Worked in a global and multicultural environment.
• Extensive practical experience with the latest Microsoft products, including Windows 10/11, Office 2016/O365, Microsoft Teams, and OneDrive.
• Practical experience with computer hardware.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documentation, procedures, and processes.
• Excellent spoken and written Swedish, English, and Italian.

Personal Qualities

• Good analytical skills as well as investigative and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to manage stakeholders.
• Multitasking, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
