We are looking for a driven and service-oriented administrator/coordinator who wants to support our Architecture and Implementation team with important administrative tasks and coordination of meetings and activities.

Your responsibilities:

• Coordinate meetings, activities, and administration for the teams

• Be a structured and service-oriented support in daily operations

• Contribute to creating order and efficiency in projects and processes

Who are you?

• You are structured and enjoy keeping track of details

• You have a natural ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously

• You are service-minded and proficient in Swedish and English.

• We believe you have a post-secondary education in HR, Behavioral Science, or Economics.

• You have previous experience in customer service or administration

• It is an advantage if you have worked in an international environment before.
