Role Description:

Assignment Description

We are seeking a senior UX/UI designer for a hands-on role, where the ability to quickly understand an overall strategy and translate it into tangible design solutions is essential. The position requires on-site presence two to three days per week. The work includes creating user flows, working directly in Figma, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while being able to defend design decisions under pressure.

The role involves developing user flows within a specific domain, working hands-on in Figma to turn strategic direction into practical outcomes, and building strong relationships with stakeholders while confidently standing by design decisions even in challenging situations.

Required Qualifications:

• Documented background in managing and delivering complex design processes
• Comfortable working autonomously without continuous direction
• Skilled at translating high-level strategy into daily design practice
• Excellent communicator with the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure
