About Apoteket Älvsjö Torg. 

Apoteket Älvsjö Torg is one of our top 100 pharmacies in Sweden, located in a prime spot in the middle of Älvsjö square, with the best possible communications via commuter train and bus. Here, there is a team of seven very dedicated and experienced employees who deliver high quality in customer interactions every day. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 07:30-20:00, Saturdays 10:00-16:00, Sundays 11:00-16:00.

Your role

As the responsible pharmacist at our pharmacy, you work with care, quality, and the customer's needs at the center. You contribute to ensuring that every visitor has a safe, professional, and welcoming experience.

In this role, you will be an important guide for your colleagues. You provide support for questions, share your expertise, and make secure pharmaceutical assessments that strengthen the entire team's work.

The position also involves shared responsibility for supervising students. This provides a stimulating variation between daily routines and the opportunity to contribute to the future pharmacists.

What you will do with us:

  • Continuously work on improving routines and processes for safe and secure customer management.
  • Conduct self-inspections and provide support in carrying out risk and event analysis.
  • Guide your colleagues with questions - we grow and develop together.
  • Contribute to patient safety and quality so that our customers can feel secure with us.
  • Stay updated on our product range and campaigns to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
  • Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications. 

  • You have several years of experience from community pharmacies.
  • You have worked with deviation management including root cause analysis and planning and follow-up of actions.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in establishing and revising instructions in the self-control program.
  • You have at least 1 year of experience conducting self-inspections with planning and follow-up of actions.
  • You are meticulous, meaning that no important and decisive details are missed.
  • You have a particular interest in advisory sales and quality.
  • You are attentive, confident, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday situations.
