About the Position As a Project Leader in Tech, you will be a key player in Hifab Tech's deliveries to property owners and technical projects in technical operations, management, and installation initiatives. You will work closely with clients, influence solutions, and drive projects where you can express both your technical interest and business focus. The role requires the ability to navigate change and adapt to new demands and opportunities.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Lead projects involving renovation or replacement of installations during ongoing operations
• Be responsible for commissioning, coordinated testing, and acceptance testing of systems such as plumbing, ventilation, and control/automation
• Act as an advisor and tech lead towards the client, proposing technical solutions and concepts
• Ensure that deliveries are made digitally and in the correct format (e.g., PowerPoint format) rather than extensive reports
• Collaborate internally for knowledge sharing and ensure that best practices are disseminated

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience in similar work within operations, management, or installation projects
• Technical education at the university level in areas such as property technology, energy, operational technology, or property management
• Experience working with existing installations that need to be renovated or replaced during ongoing operations.
• Experience being responsible for commissioning, acceptance testing, and coordinated testing of property systems such as plumbing, ventilation, control/automation, etc.

Meritorious

• Good knowledge of AB04 and ABT06
• Experience with technical due diligence for property installations
• Interest and experience in digitalization and digital working methods
• Experience in managing business relationships and consultancy work
• Work with both property owners and new construction, public and private sectors
