Do you want to create training programs for a leading energy company that truly makes a difference for both the organization and individuals? Here you have the chance to combine your pedagogical skills with digital tools and design educational solutions that inspire, engage, and drive development forward.

We are now looking for a training developer who wants to create and shape learning during the rollout of a major digital transformation - both on-site and digitally.

WHO ARE YOU? We believe you are someone who is passionate about learning and development, with a creative flair to make training both engaging and pedagogical. You are comfortable working in a structured and analytical manner, while also having the ability to understand user needs and create materials that truly resonate.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

  • Several years of experience in education/development and designing and implementing training programs.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms and tools.
  • The ability to create engaging training materials that are pedagogical and effective.
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English.

Extra points if you also have UX or design skills, as we would like the training programs to have a modern and user-friendly touch.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As a training developer, you will among other things:

  • Create curricula and training materials tailored to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Design and conduct classroom training - both digitally and on-site.
  • Develop digital training materials and support with process documentation.
  • Plan training sessions, workshops, and seminars together with training leaders.
  • Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve the training programs.
  • Keep track of training activities, participation, and results.

  • Location: Hybrid, preferably near Malmö but other locations in Sweden are possible
  • Travel may occur within Sweden and Europe
