Are you interested in working in care and support in Storfors Municipality? We are looking for individuals who are interested in working as hourly employees in support functions.

We offer a varied job where you help people in their daily lives and leisure.

Units we have within support functions include:

• LSS housing
• LSS leisure
• Personal assistance
• Housing support

Job Responsibilities

The work as a personal assistant involves helping individuals with personal hygiene and home maintenance, including wood heating and lawn mowing, where applicable. The day is structured together with the individual who is motivated to participate in their own life and leisure.

Some units also include tasks with healthcare interventions delegated by a nurse.

As a housing supporter, you assist the individual in creating structure in their own home.

Documentation is a requirement in the job and is done digitally.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with healthcare education or experience in care work or other experience deemed relevant by the employer. You must be at least 18 years old and proficient in Swedish to communicate with clients and colleagues, as well as document as required by the operation. A B driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are advantageous for commuting to/from the workplace, which may be located in rural areas. Basic computer skills are also required.

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. To fit the job, we see that you are social, attentive, able to work independently and in a team. You should have the client's needs at the center and maintain a professional demeanor towards clients, relatives, and colleagues.

Other Information

The work is scheduled for day/evening/night shifts, as well as weekend work.

Interviews and hiring will take place on an ongoing basis.
