Transiett AB is one of Sweden's leading export companies in the automotive industry, and we are in an expansive and challenging phase where we are constantly seeking new talent to take the next step.

We are now looking for a purchasing assistant who wants to take on an important role in our sales organization – to call, follow up, and qualify leads on cars that individuals and companies want to sell.

Your role

As a purchasing assistant, you will be an important link in our sales process.

Your tasks will include:

• Calling incoming leads and making cold calls to individuals and companies
• Collecting and verifying information about cars that customers want to sell
• Working closely with our buyers to ensure that the right documentation is submitted on time

The working hours are approximately 3–4 hours per day, making this position perfect for students, those looking for a part-time job, or anyone wanting to take their first step into the automotive industry. For the right person, there are good opportunities for the position to grow into a full-time role in the future. The role is based at our office in the city center near Mood Galleria.

Who are you?

We believe you are someone who:

• Is great on the phone, social, and enjoys talking to people
• Is persistent and not afraid to make cold calls
• Has a sales-oriented personality and enjoys negotiating
• Fluently speaks and writes in Swedish & English
• Has an interest in cars or the automotive industry

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive industry is a plus, but not a requirement – we value the right attitude the most!
