Your new role 

Do you want to contribute to a sustainable IT landscape while working in an international environment? We are now looking for a Data Coordinator for a short but exciting assignment where you will play a key role in a strategic initiative related to Sustainable IT and climate reporting.

As a Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for receiving, structuring, and quality assuring inventory data on IT equipment – everything from computers and servers to networking equipment and AI hardware. Your work is an important piece of the organization's sustainability efforts, as it enables analysis and calculation of climate impact.

Your tasks will include:

• Coordinating with project managers, internal contacts, and external suppliers to collect raw data.
• Ensuring data quality and following up on discrepancies.
• Structuring information in predefined Excel templates for further analysis.
• Documenting assumptions and manual adjustments.
• Contributing in workshops and follow-up meetings related to the project.

Even though the assignment is short, it gives you the opportunity to be part of a strategic global initiative directly linked to climate impact and to work with international teams and experts in sustainability and IT.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Solid experience with Excel (e.g., pivot tables, data validation).
• Understanding of IT environments and device types.
• An eye for detail and quality assurance of large datasets.
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Desirable: Experience in sustainability or emissions calculations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and independent, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workflows. You have experience in data collection and analysis in Excel, preferably with knowledge of IT infrastructure and sustainability reporting.
