We are now looking for a driven and experienced Service Designer for an exciting assignment in Malmö. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a design environment where your focus will be to develop and drive service design competence within the organization.

You will play a key role in:

• Leading and facilitating journey mapping workshops, preferably with experience from B2B or sales.

• Helping teams understand and utilize customer journeys and service blueprints.

• Using insights to guide decisions and set the right priorities.

• Promoting collaboration between teams by connecting people, processes, technology, and data.

We believe you have:

• Deep experience in service design and journey mapping.

• Strong skills in workshop facilitation.

• Experience working with a wide toolbox of design methods.

• A hands-on and entrepreneurial attitude, with the ability to adapt to different needs and maturity levels.

• Previous experience from a technical role (e.g., systems developer) that has led to service design.

• Structure and collaboration skills that help others grow.

Extra plus if you have previously worked in international organizations.
