Raoul Wallenberg School in Lidköping started in the autumn of 2022 and currently has about 300 students. The school operates under the motto "making a positive difference" and our ambition is to be the most attractive primary school in Lidköping. The school conducts evidence-based activities that both students and guardians are very satisfied with. We have a clear value foundation based on RWS's guiding principles, where order and structure are in focus. We place great importance on creating a common approach to teaching and other activities. The interest in our school concept is very high, and therefore our ambition is to build and establish several new schools in Skaraborg in the coming years.

We are a positive team that enjoys developing together. We actively work with good leadership and building trusting relationships, which is the foundation for well-being and good learning. We have new, bright facilities that also contribute to a positive learning environment.

We are now looking for a substitute teacher who can work within our operations on a daily basis and meet and handle various needs during the school day.

This is a perfect part-time job for you who, for example, are studying part-time or want to try working in a school. You will receive good introduction and support from regular staff.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone interested in a part-time job in a school. There is also the possibility of being employed for longer assignments in the future. We seek someone who is flexible, driven, and engaged. Like us, you are passionate about making a positive difference for various types of students – both those in need of special support and those who need significant challenges. We place great importance on your personal qualities. You have good collaboration skills and a positive and professional attitude towards both students, parents, and colleagues.

You easily use computers as a tool to facilitate work. You are responsible and good at creating routine and structure.

The position as a substitute teacher is a needs-based employment but extends through the autumn semester with a working percentage of 80%.
