Do you want to work with Bastardize Asian Streetfood?  Imagine standing in Ho Chi Minh City, searching for restaurants, and you see some folding chairs outside a  "hole in the wall" place. In the same thought, a true Gothenburger walks into the tobacco shop at Kungstorget in the rain to buy coarse loose snuff. Just as he enters the shop, he hears a "Hello there". The same feeling exists on Viktoriagatan in Passagen when you slide in to eat Baos, Fries, or Asian fusion with a high recognition factor, bold flavors, and much more coriander than one could imagine. Anyway. You love people, have fun, can cook, plan cool menus with "quotation marks" and serve incredibly flavorful food in stylish take-away boxes.  That's Jinx-style.  The film and the story say more than the text.

THE POSITION IN CASHIER / RESTAURANT This is a creative role that puts a strong focus on your ability to meet people, have a high recognition factor, and enjoy serving food from Asia. You will be involved in developing the restaurant, keeping it clean and tidy, planning around your shifts, helping to prepare food, purchasing disposable items, and being an awesome colleague. We believe you have a few years of experience in guest/customer service, enjoy Asian cooking, are responsible, and like to collaborate with your colleagues.  A plus but not a requirement.

- Have the basics of kitchen work - Be organized when you work, or as the French call it Mice-an-place - Have relevant education or previous experience in the kitchen - HACCP training is a requirement - Bring masking tape and a marker with you. In the future, we see you growing into an operational role and leading your colleagues forward, ordering supplies, and creating schedules.

The position is a permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period. 75-100%. Mostly evenings, and we currently close the kitchen at 20:00.  Immediate start. A collective agreement is in place.

Besides Jinx Dynasty and also Jinx Empire (opening October 10, 2025) we also operate Jinx Foodtruck on Magasinsgatan, which is same same, but different.
