About the Role

Within our Transformation Advisory team at Sopra Steria, we support senior executives with strategy, business development, and program management of complex change projects. Our strength lies in combining strategy, operational business, and technology, enabling us to help our clients define their business-critical issues and transform their operations. We are on a growth journey, and within our growth, there will be exciting development opportunities in both our consulting assignments and various key roles in our organization.

We are expanding our business in the public sector and have many exciting assignment opportunities. Therefore, we need to strengthen our team with more Management Consultants with experience in this area.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with several years of experience as a management consultant and solid knowledge in organizational and business development, particularly focused on the public sector. You have worked in project leadership roles and have a deep understanding of the challenges and needs present in the public sector and government agencies. You are accustomed to conducting feasibility studies, leading workshops, facilitating decision-making processes with various decision-makers and stakeholders, and driving the implementation of business changes that generate desired effects. You are driven to develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities where we, as a consulting partner, can make a difference and create sustainable solutions that truly matter. As a person, you are curious, proactive, and a strong team player who enjoys taking responsibility and collaborating for success.

We believe you have:

• At least 6–8 years of experience as a management consultant, most of which in the public sector
• A relevant academic degree
• A strong understanding of the challenges and operational needs of the public sector
• Experience in organization, governance, business development, and the application of new technology to streamline and improve business processes, etc.
• Documented ability to lead and drive complex change projects
• A high degree of self-leadership and a desire to develop both yourself and others
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
