About the organization

In Växjö and Ljungby, we provide specialist psychiatry for children and adolescents. Our therapeutic practice is CBT-based, which means that everyone working with psychological and psychotherapeutic treatment at Psykiatripartners has CBT competence.

The care is provided according to agreements with the Region. This means that the same conditions apply as in public healthcare.

About the role

The position as a specialist physician with us means that you will be involved in developing the psychiatry of the future. Psykiatripartners aims to be a leader and develop psychiatry in Sweden. You will have an important and prominent role in our development work to continue our growth in the region. 

As the medical management responsible, you, together with the operations manager, are responsible for ensuring that the organization works according to national guidelines and operates safely for patients. You will also be part of the organization's management team.

The workplace is centrally located in Växjö with good commuting opportunities. There is also the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications & characteristics We are looking for a team-oriented and committed specialist physician in child or adult psychiatry who wants to make a difference for our clients and patients. We value that you have previous experience working with our patient group and that you have worked in teams with multiple professions.
