Management Consultants in Operational Excellence

At CANEA, we are currently looking for two experienced management consultants in operational excellence who want to help our clients become more efficient, innovative, and competitive. As a management consultant with us, you will play a central role in developing our clients' operations through concrete improvement initiatives, lean methods, process development, and change management.

The role consists of working with the following areas:

• Management Consulting: Broad consulting work in business development, improvement work, efficiency work, project and change management.
• Training: Course leader in our training programs.
• Sales: Continuously contribute to securing assignments, primarily through upselling in your own assignments but also through new sales and as support in the bidding process, at events, and campaigns.
• Development: Participate in the development of CANEA's services in the area.

Our clients consist of a mix of large and medium-sized companies in both the private and public sectors where you may also work as the client's project manager in various change initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is curious, analytical, and communicative, with a genuine interest in efficiency work. We believe that the right person for this role enjoys working collaboratively with others, is driven, self-assured, and has strong analytical skills. You see yourself selling, leading, and executing assignments for our clients and being a course leader for our training programs.

Requirements for the role:

• Academic degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of practical experience in driving business development projects with a focus on business benefits/results and impact.
• Broad experience in improvement and efficiency work, at least 5 years.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in complex sales.
• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, IPMA, or Prosci are advantageous
• Led transformations in medium to large organizations.
• Black Belt / Master Black Belt
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Experience in Lean and improvement work.

Start: Fall 2025/Spring 2026. Start date according to agreement.

Location for the role in Malmö: CANEA's office in Malmö, Arenagatan 21
Location for the role in Gothenburg: CANEA's office in Gothenburg, Packhusgatan 6
The position is based in the office but work at the client site in the Malmö/Gothenburg area and other parts of Sweden may occur.
