Your tasks as a Damage Inspector – Damage inspection, customer contact, and CAB
As a Damage Inspector at Werksta Örebro, your main responsibilities will be to oversee the inspection of vehicle damages and ensure that correct documentation is prepared for the repair process. You will work closely with both customers and the workshop team to create a smooth and secure damage management process where quality, clarity, and service are central.
- Conduct damage inspections on passenger cars and commercial vehicles
- Engage in dialogue with customers and insurance companies – explain the damage process and establish inspection protocols
- Document damages in systems (CABAS/CAB Plan etc.) – knowledge or experience with CAB is a plus
- Plan and coordinate repairs together with the workshop, parts department, and workshop manager
- Follow up on repairs and be responsible for feedback to the customer
- Work with quality assurance and identify improvement opportunities in the damage process
Your profile – Damage Inspector with a service focus and administrative strength
We are looking for someone who enjoys structure and is used to taking responsibility in an administrative role with a lot of customer contact. You are clear and attentive in communication and enjoy solving problems. Previous experience in damage inspection, CAB systems, or insurance handling is desirable, but we place the greatest emphasis on your ability to create customer satisfaction and work quality-conscious at every step.
- Experience in damage inspection, vehicle repair, or automotive technology is preferred
- Knowledge of CABAS/CAB Plan or similar systems is highly desirable
- Good administrative skills and familiar with digital tools
- Social competence – confident and service-minded in customer meetings
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Driver's license B is required
