To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

• Nursing assistant education – you are trained and experienced in your field.
• Fluent in Swedish – you master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document in a professional manner.
• B driver's license – you are an experienced driver and can navigate well in traffic to visit our clients in their homes.
• Stress-resistant, responsible, and independent – you handle pressured situations with calm and determination, take responsibility for your tasks, and enjoy working independently, but also collaborate when needed.
• Empathetic, attentive, and communicative – you have a genuine desire to help, understand that each client has their own needs and wishes, and find it easy to communicate and collaborate with both clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and solution-oriented – you are used to working in an environment where no day is the same and have the ability to adapt to clients' needs.
• Thorough and responsible – you have a high quality awareness and take responsibility for your work and results.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you will play a central role in our clients' lives, and your tasks will vary depending on each individual's needs. Here are examples of what you can expect to work with:

• Personal care - help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing.
• Social support and conversation - provide companionship, create security, and give clients the feeling of not being alone.
• Supervision and assistance as needed - be a support in handling various situations, for example during transfers.
• Practical tasks - assist with shopping, meals, and other activities that can facilitate the client's daily life.
• Documentation - carefully document the support and care you provide, in accordance with assistance decisions and implementation plans.

Working hours: Monday – Friday. Working time: 07:00 - 14:30. Workplace: You will start from our office in Täby, and we believe that you live nearby to facilitate your commute.
