In this role, you will belong to the IT department, which consists of four teams: Operation, Support, ERP, and Application. 

As an Application Manager, you will be a key person in shaping and driving the application management process of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps forward. You will have good opportunities to influence your working methods in a fast-paced organization that is in a growth phase.

Responsibilities

In the role of Application Manager, you will be responsible for managing and further developing Hydroscand's solutions within Dynamics 365 and Power Apps. In connection with the transition from AX to D365, you will play a key role in setting standards and influencing the system's future development from an early stage. You will be a central part of the IT team and responsible for ensuring that the systems effectively support the entire organization's needs, as well as that they are operated according to established processes and strategies. You will play an important role in initiating and participating in projects, coordinating external suppliers, and driving the development of D365 and Power Apps to optimize business benefits and user experience.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Further development and management of solutions within D365 and Power Apps

• Ensuring high quality that meets the organization's needs

• Participating in projects and acting as the contact person for questions related to D365

• Ensuring that system documentation is updated and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Several years of experience in application management within D365

• Good experience with Power Platform, experience with Power Apps is a plus

• Experience coordinating IT functions and projects

• Experience managing external suppliers and following up on delivery according to agreed goals

• Experience in environmental monitoring, working according to Evergreen methodology, and understanding DevOps principles is a plus

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
