Elderly Care and Support for People with Disabilities

We are now looking for you who want to create a meaningful and functional everyday life where you can make a big difference in another person's life. We are currently seeking substitutes for both support for people with disabilities and elderly care.

Working in care is both meaningful and developing. You will have a varied job where you make a real difference every day. In care, we focus on the individual's needs and quality of life, supporting people to live an independent and meaningful life.

Where can you work?

As a substitute, you can choose to work in nursing homes, short-term accommodations, home care, group homes, or daily activities. The operations run around the clock, every day of the year, which means that work can be scheduled for days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Heavy transfers may occur, but aids are available.

Examples of tasks:

• Support in social situations
• Support in personal care and meals
• Medical work
• Digital documentation
• Work with technical aids
• Be a support and work with participation in the individual's daily chores

What are we looking for?

The greatest emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. It is not a requirement to have worked in care before, but it is of course an advantage if you have previous experience in this field.

We are looking for someone who:

• has a good view of humanity and a positive attitude
• is caring, empathetic, and concerned about the well-being of others
• is responsible both regarding your tasks and professional relationships
• is communicative and finds it easy to make yourself understood and to understand others
• is respectful and values every person's integrity
• is flexible and prepared to step in at short notice.

Basic requirements

We are primarily looking for someone who is 18 years or older. A B driver's license is needed for several assignments, including home care. It is a requirement that you master the Swedish language, as documentation and verbal communication are crucial for fulfilling the assignment.

The documentation is done digitally, so you need to be comfortable working in digital environments.

Desirable qualifications:

• have previous experience in care or other equivalent experience
• have relevant high school or post-secondary education
• have a B driver's license
• have previous experience in service or educational work.

After you have submitted your application to us, we will make a selection based on your competencies and qualifications. If you are called for an interview, you are expected to bring valid ID, certificates, and grades relevant to the position that support the information in your application. For the interview, we would like you to have contact information for at least one reference.
