As a Pharmacist at Apotea's Customer Service Working as an advisory pharmacist means that you will be in contact with and assist our customers with advice on both prescription and over-the-counter products and medications. You are part of the pharmacist team and play a key role in our organization. Working at Apotea's customer service is a varied job where you develop and learn new things daily, becoming Apotea's face to the public.

Being a pharmacist at Apotea means having many customer contacts in a day but never meeting the customers physically, allowing you to focus solely on your pharmaceutical mission. Location: Stockholm, on Sveavägen (Norrtull)

Your main responsibilities

• Contacting our customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Ensuring safe and secure medication use among our customers.
• Pharmaceutical control of orders before delivery.
• Carrying out other tasks within the team such as license and APL orders.

To thrive in the role

• You have a license as a pharmacy technician or pharmacist.
• You are a good communicator and can express yourself in both Swedish and English. 
• Experienced with a couple of years of work experience, preferably within e-commerce or customer service.

To succeed in the role, you need to be a service-oriented, responsible, and solution-focused person with a strong commitment to pharmacy and health-related issues. You take initiative and want to help our customers in the best way possible. You are curious and take responsibility for learning new things and are happy to share your knowledge with colleagues. You enjoy collaborating in a team and take responsibility for ensuring that together you provide the best service to our customers.
