We are looking for a junior Production Controller for a leading player in the food industry.

Main responsibilities:

-Factory performance: Report and analyze production KPIs (including costs, results, and hourly rates), compare against budget, and suggest improvements.

-Product costing: Calculate actual product costs and conduct variance reports with improvement suggestions.

-Systems & tools: Be an expert in SAP and Excel and have good experience with BI tools.

-Controller activities: Lead production control activities such as month-end closing, cost control, and inventory checks; analyze investments and follow up on budget and results; ensure compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements.

Personal qualities:

-Enjoys working independently

-Takes initiative and seeks information when needed

-Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Other:

-Working hours: 40 h/week

-Workplace: Lund, Sweden (onsite)

-Start: November 10, 2025

-End: May 8, 2026, with the possibility of extension
