HEMFRID IS LOOKING FOR YOU TO WORK AS AN AREA MANAGER

An Area Manager is a spider in the web, a “doer” who works daily with full presence in an inclusive way to ensure that all our cogs turn for both employees and customers. What does an Area Manager do? As an Area Manager at Hemfrid, there is a strong focus on ensuring that your employees are happy and that you deliver world-class customer service. You will work to create profitable growth together with your employees in the area, and you are great at including everyone in the common goals. To ensure that employees feel good in the long term, you always work ahead and ensure that the next day's schedule is always 100% functional. Something that cannot be predicted is, of course, questions and incidents during the day from employees/customers, and here the Area Manager is flexible, efficient, and solution-oriented. Additionally, the Area Manager is skilled at onboarding new customers into the schedule, planning ahead, and conducting interviews for upcoming recruitments. You lead and distribute the work for the employees in your team, and within your area of responsibility, you handle resource planning, follow-up, and development of your employees.

Who is our next Area Manager? We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and motivations. We are looking for someone who builds relationships with both customers and your employees. In addition, we would like you to be business-driven and goal-oriented to continue developing Hemfrid. You focus on both employees and customers and are therefore attentive, flexible, and service-oriented. You are passionate about good leadership, where you develop and motivate your team and ensure that everyone feels good. For you, there are no problems, only solutions, and you achieve this with a positive attitude!

To summarize, we see that you have:

  • Previous experience in management and leadership
  • Previous experience from a broad role with a fast pace and many different tasks
  • Previous experience working with B2C and/or B2B operations
  • Driving license (B)

As a person:

  • You are passionate about providing good service
  • You are proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented while also having a good ability to collaborate.
  • You are driven by working towards goals and thrive in an organization with performance tracking and growth
  • You speak, understand, and write both good Swedish and English
  • You enjoy working in various digital systems and easily acquire new system knowledge
