Your new role

We are looking for an experienced UX designer for an exciting assignment within traveler-focused digital services. You will be part of an engaged design group based in an app team that works on the development of new and existing mobile applications. The team consists of product owners, developers, testers, and a team coach in an agile working method, where you will have a central role in developing user-friendly and accessible solutions for a broad audience. In your role, you will among other things:

• Work on concept development and create detailed UX/UI designs for mobile applications.
• Maintain close contact with developers and stakeholders to anchor and implement design.
• Plan and conduct user studies and evaluate solutions based on user needs and accessibility principles (WCAG AA).
• Create design sketches and interactive prototypes in Figma, as well as work with design tokens and variables.
• Participate in a cross-functional agile team and collaborate with other agile teams within the organization.

To be successful in this role, you need

• At least 6 years of work experience as a UX/UI designer within mobile applications (iOS and/or Android).
• At least 3 years of documented experience in UX design full-time.
• Experience working in a structured and method-driven way with user-centered design in all parts of the design process, applying established methods (user journeys, interviews, prototyping, user testing, or similar).
• At least 3 years of experience independently planning and conducting usability studies, including the selection of relevant methods.
• At least 2 years of experience creating design sketches and interactive prototypes in Figma, as well as documented experience with design tokens and variables.
• At least 2 years of experience in detailed design within an established design system.
• Documented experience evaluating design based on standardized accessibility principles according to WCAG AA.
• At least 2 years of experience in design work within an agile cross-functional development team.
• At least 3 years of post-secondary education in IT or equivalent.
