About the position

As a club administrator focused on events, you will have overall responsibility for BK Höllviken's event activities. This means planning, executing, and following up on both large and small events organized by the club.

You will be the hub of work involving:

• Halör Cup – one of Skåne's largest youth tournaments
• Halör Invitational – our new elite initiative for younger players
• One-day cups, mini-series, season finales, inaugurations, and kick-offs
• Other club activities that strengthen community within the association

You will work closely with the club manager, administration, sponsorship, marketing, and our volunteers to create well-organized, inclusive, and engaging events in line with our strategy for 2025–2030.

Your main responsibilities

• Project management of the club's events from planning to evaluation
• Operational responsibility for staffing, scheduling, logistics, and communication
• Coordination of volunteers, team leaders, and external parties
• Collaboration with administration, football council, and marketing manager
• Ensuring that all events embody our core values: joy, community, and development

We believe that you:

• Have experience in planning and executing events, preferably within associations or sports
• Are structured, responsible, and enjoy driving projects independently
• Have the ability to coordinate many different stakeholders
• Are a good communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Enjoy varied workdays and are flexible with evening and weekend work
• Have good computer skills and experience with digital tools
• Like working with people of different ages and roles

A background in sports organizations or non-profit organizations is an advantage.

About BK Höllviken

BK Höllviken is a non-profit football club with over 1200 members, 70 training teams, and strong engagement from players, leaders, and parents. We are in an exciting phase with a new strategy and organization, aiming to become the obvious choice for children, youth, and families in southwestern Skåne.
