About Apoteket Bro

Here at Apoteket Bro, we are newly opened and offer you the opportunity to work in a fresh new environment and a workday characterized by both pace, variety, and team spirit. We are located at Bro Handelsplats right next to the E18 with stores in groceries and retail from several well-known brands. We are a team of 3 pharmacists and 2 technicians who are all passionate about customer interaction and providing professional advice regardless of what the customer needs help with.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

Here you will be part of a completely new pharmacy where you are expected to contribute with suggestions and solutions for our operations. There is also the opportunity to take on the role of pharmacy leader, which involves, in addition to the daily pharmaceutical work, an extended responsibility for quality, development, and mentoring.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding for people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible help.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

Who are we looking for?

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.

• You have several years of experience from a pharmacy or have just completed your studies.
• You have a particular interest in self-care, digital advice, or quality.
• You have a warm and professional demeanor where you see each customer.
• You enjoy collaborating and contribute positively to the team.
• We believe you thrive in an environment where structure and results go hand in hand.
