Are you passionate about sales, food, and building strong customer relationships?

Do you want to work with a valued and important product in a category that makes a difference every day - for both customers and consumers? Then this could be the right role for you.

About us

Stjärnägg is Sweden's largest supplier of eggs and was founded in 2002 under the motto "local egg suppliers in collaboration". Since then, we have grown with both heart and business acumen - always with sustainability, quality, and good relationships as our foundation. With us, you will work closely with both customers and products, in an entrepreneurial culture where collaboration, responsibility, and joy permeate everything we do.

About the role

As a salesperson with us, you will be responsible for developing the business at central wholesalers' sales offices, their end customers, and local wholesalers. You will also be responsible for tender inquiries from wholesalers, with sales and direct processing of public customers.

This means that you will both build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities through active, goal-oriented fieldwork.

In your daily work, you will:

  • Be responsible for processing and developing both existing and new end customers.
  • Be responsible for processing the sales offices of the 3 largest wholesalers and individual wholesaler companies/free wholesalers.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, contribute with recipe suggestions and usage tips for campaign articles.
  • Be responsible for and engage with municipal food managers, purchasing managers, and reference groups.
  • Respond to tender inquiries from wholesalers.
  • Conduct breakfast and lunch invitations at wholesalers' sales offices.
  • Plan and participate in fairs, customer events, and sales meetings.
  • Act as an advisory partner within the egg category - both strategically and practically.
  • The work also involves budgeting, planning, and follow-up of customers.

You will be based in Linköping, traveling mostly in central Sweden and, in some periods, also in the north and south.

Overnight stays are estimated to be about 2-3 per week.

You will report to the Sales Manager Foodservice.

Who we believe you are

We are looking for someone who loves to do business, has experience in B2B sales within Foodservice, and has a strong sense of both business and food. You are structured, have good planning skills with experience in organizing your own work, and thrive in a role where you can influence and build relationships long-term. You have good knowledge of Excel, an analytical mindset, and can see connections between numbers, customer behavior, and sales strategy. You are results-oriented and driven. A driving license (B) is required.

What you will get with us

With us, you will have a key role in a market-leading company that combines strong growth with sustainability ambitions and local presence. We offer an environment where you can take great responsibility, contribute your ideas, and be part of an ambitious, engaged, and supportive team. Together, we ensure that eggs - one of our most beloved ingredients - reach more people with new opportunities.
