Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach/Scrum Master who wants to coach multiple agile teams in the development and management of a modern data and analytics platform. You will be a hub for working methods, flows, and collaboration – with a focus on continuous learning, delivery, and improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Coach teams and individuals in agile principles and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and facilitate ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Support product owners in backlog strategy, prioritization, and value focus. Establish/refine processes, workflows, and metrics for stable operations and efficient delivery across multiple teams. Lead and summarize creative workshops (vision, processes, improvements). Drive impediment management, risk and dependency management, and cross-team collaboration. Contribute to change management, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement. Utilize and further develop the teams' tool support (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).

Qualifications (mandatory)

At least 5 years of experience with agile methods/frameworks (Scrum/Kanban). At least 3 years in the role of Scrum Master or another coaching role for agile teams.

At least 2 years of active work in Jira, Confluence, and Miro (creating structures, guiding usage). At least 1 assignment where you coached product owners in backlog management and prioritization. At least 1 year of coaching teams in cross-team collaborations. At least 2 years of planning, leading, and summarizing creative/inspiring workshops. Certification in agile frameworks, e.g., PSM I or equivalent.

Desirable Experience

1 year of working with teams in a data and analytics context. Change management in agile transformations (at least one assignment). DevOps/CI/CD principles from at least one assignment.

Location

Stockholm (hybrid). Primarily on-site with the client in central Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work when tasks allow and by agreement.

Timeline and Scope

Start: 2025-10-27 End: 2026-09-30 Scope: 40 hours/week

Extension options: 1 + 1 + 1 year
