About the role We are looking for you with an educational background as a nursing assistant, preferably with further education in psychiatry, social work, social pedagogy, treatment pedagogy, or treatment assistant. Experience in psychiatric care or knowledge of various treatment methods is an advantage. You will work during the day, evenings, and weekends. You will work in a team, and your tasks will involve supporting clients in psychiatric rehabilitation as well as in daily activities. On-call duty at home may occur, and in these cases, you need to be able to arrive at Österlen HVB within about 30 minutes, so a long commuting distance to work is not possible. You will also receive delegation to handle and distribute medication. Experience with this is advantageous.

About the unit Nytida Österlen is a HVB (home for care and accommodation). We welcome men and women over 21 years old with mental disabilities, even in combination with substance abuse. We work towards long-term goals with a focus on strengthening the healthy.

Other A driver's license is required. Employment rate: 80%. Employment form: Permanent with a 6-month probationary period. Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Start date: By agreement.
