We are looking for a results-oriented Accounting Assistant to DM TAK

About the role

As an Accounting Assistant at DM TAK, you will work closely with our CFO and play a key role in the daily financial operations. You will be responsible for handling incoming invoices, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and following up against the budget. Your main tasks will include:

• Reviewing delivery invoices and invoices from partners
• Checking that invoices are approved against the budget before further processing
• Sending approved invoices to Fortnox
• Paying bills and taxes on time
• Bookkeeping supplier invoices and paid bills
• Updating after-calculations for financial follow-up

About you

You can demonstrate that you have achieved good results in your previous roles and that you are meticulous, structured, and organized with an eye for detail. You have good computer skills and basic knowledge of Excel. Experience in bookkeeping – especially in Fortnox or similar financial systems – is a plus. You are communicative, social, and enjoy working in an administrative financial role, both independently and collaboratively with others in the department.
