About the position We are currently looking for production workers for a full-time assignment in modular construction and adaptation. With us, you will be part of an engaged team that prepares modular buildings for delivery to customers. The work is varied and involves both practical tasks and collaboration with colleagues, where precision and craftsmanship are at the center.

A typical workday starts with a joint kickoff meeting and ends with a brief review. During the day, you will work indoors to adapt, repair, and finalize modules. Tasks may include painting, basic carpentry, assembly, or moving and adjusting walls, windows, and other building components.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and produce modular buildings for delivery
• Perform basic craft tasks such as painting, carpentry, and assembly
• Work closely with colleagues and team leaders to ensure quality and an efficient workflow

About you We are looking for someone with experience in production or practical work, preferably in construction, painting, or plumbing. You communicate fluently in Swedish and English and are available to work full-time on-site in Vårgårda.

It is an advantage if you have a forklift license or previous experience in modular production or a similar work environment.
