We are seeking a DevOps / Release Engineer to join our Property Tech team and help bridge the gap between development, operations, and security. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and release machinery that powers our digital product. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves solving complex problems, and is passionate about continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with developers to improve build processes, deployments, and observability.
• Manage cloud environments (GCP & Azure) including networking, scaling, and cost optimization.
• Ensure security best practices across infrastructure, deployments, and secrets management (Vault).
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Support incident response and root cause analysis to minimize downtime.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or related engineering role.
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).
• Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP / Azure).
• Master of infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Knowledge of service mesh, API gateways, or microservice architectures.
