Do you want to be a key piece in our digital growth journey? Hemfint Group, with a turnover of approximately 600 million SEK and operations in four markets, is now looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Associate focused on e-commerce and data-driven marketing!

About the role: In this role, you will be responsible for defining, monitoring, and analyzing our digital campaigns. You will work to maximize traffic and conversions through data-driven insights and careful tracking of budget and results. Using Google Analytics, email marketing, and campaign analysis, you will ensure that we meet our growth targets.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize traffic, conversion, and campaign performance across various digital platforms.

• Work with Google Analytics to measure and report campaign results.

• Manage and analyze email marketing to maximize effectiveness and engagement.

• Plan and follow up on campaigns with a focus on budget efficiency and ROI.

• Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve campaign elements and customer experiences.

Your profile:

• Experience in performance marketing, traffic driving, and conversion optimization, preferably within e-commerce.

• Good knowledge of Google Analytics and experience working with data analysis and reporting.

• Practical experience in analyzing and optimizing email marketing.

• Experience with A/B testing and experimental marketing.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with good collaboration skills.

The salary range for this role is 35,000–40,000 SEK/month depending on your experience and skills. We do not require a cover letter in your application but will review your responses to the selection questions.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period and is based at our office in central Stockholm. We have office presence with the possibility of one day of remote work.
