Previous experience is desired
1. Responsible for timely handling of various after-sales faults of commercial vehicles in the market, reducing VOR rates;
2. Assist local engineers in collecting feedback on various quality issues related to commercial vehicle after-sales, tracking and handling them until the problem is resolved.
3. Assist local engineers in communicating with domestic R&D, quality, spare parts and other related departments to ensure smooth business progress.
