Have you worked as an operations technician and want to further develop in a more advisory and analytical role? Do you want to use your practical experience in heating, ventilation, and property management in an environment where technology, data, and sustainability meet?

• analyzing operational, heating, and ventilation data and identifying improvements.
• understanding and troubleshooting deviations related to flows, over- and under-ventilation.
• supporting customers in using digital tools for better property management.
• communicating insights and action proposals to property owners and managers.

• has worked as an operations technician or in technical property management, with practical experience in heating systems and substations.
• has troubleshot heating and ventilation in properties, for example in apartments (identified faults in systems or flows).
• is analytical and has an easy time understanding relationships in technical systems.
• is pedagogical and confident in explaining technical issues to property owners, managers, or boards in housing associations.
• is structured, meticulous, and used to planning your own work.
